ABOUT THIS PROJECT: A $6 million project in which Pure CCM worked closely with Ideal Builders (the developer) and the City of Fort Wayne on the Renaissance Pointe Phase 2 neighborhood homes project, which included 25 single-family homes.  Pure listing as a HUD, Section 3 certified contractor was an important factor in their involvement with this workforce development project.
